Having trouble accessing the Slack channel? Follow these steps:

1. Brand new member?
   If you just joined today, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to send your Slack invite. This invite is sent manually to protect access to the community. You must accept the invite email from Slack before logging in—check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Slack.

2. Already logged in before?
   Make sure you're using the same email address associated with your Tribe account. In most cases, this is also the email you use to access the courses and community.

3. Still can't get in?
   Click the "Forgot Password" button on Slack’s login page to reset your password.

4. Need more help?
   If you're still having trouble, email our team at [email protected] and we’ll help verify your login information.

Links to all resources like underwriting tools and spreadsheets and discounts can be found in Slack. In Slack, go to the #start-here channel and view the overview message. Click the "Other Resources" section at the very bottom.
